Ready to Join the Movement?

If the desk or couch have been your best friend lately, this is the challenge for YOU. And we'll be the first to admit, we're guilty of sitting for way too long at our desks (even though they are made to stand), and could use a little movement after several months in hibernation mode. So this month, we're all about adding a spring to our step and making MOVEMENT stick by integrating biking, hiking and walking into our lives for the next 30 days (and hopefully beyond).

Our ultimate goal with this challenge? Where do we start...we not only want to add more movement to our lives long-term but rethink how we look at movement as a whole. Like trading in coffee breaks for walking breaks with a coffee in hand or turning our post-work dog walks into longer hikes. Who's with us?!

But that's not all. We're also looking forward to utilizing the biking portion of this challenge to help Calley train for the Superior Man Triathlon. However, we think we'll refer to it as the Superior Gal Triathlon from here on out.
